Christie's 120th Anniversary

2010 marks the 120th anniversary of Christie's birth year, 1890. To mark this special occasion Christie fans around the world will be taking part in a series of anniversary celebrations and events culminating in Christie Week 2010, in mid September. We have a host of events planned, but as ever we would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions on fun things to do to mark this special year. Please post all your suggestions here!

As a celebration of Agatha Christie's 120th. anniversary, I have decided to re-read all her books starting with the Misterious Affair at Styles and ending with Courtain in chronological order.

I own all her books and short stories that I have collected since I was 15. I'm now 66 and still aa fan.

When I finish with the novels and short stories, I will start with the plays, poems, autobiography, Mary Westmacott stories, and non fiction books.

I expect to have a wonderful time

I have read most of Agatha Christie's books, and each is different from the other!!!!!! I love her books so much!!! I always have such a wonderful time and end up reading the same book for at least 15 times!!!!!!!!!!

I wish all libraries have all of the Agatha Christie mystery books!!!!!! I really want to complete myself in reading all of her books and let my friend enjoy the same thrill I go through while reading them. I love them so much...

So far, I've read 2 non fiction books. Her " Autobiography" and "Come, tell me how you live". Both, really good.

Still looking for more. I have a problem find them because I live in South America (Uruguay) and it is very difficult to get books in English.

Ive got the Joan Hickson ones of ebay. I'll have them soon.

 I know the McEwan's are a mixed bag. Ive seen them all except the moving finger and the sittaford mystery. But if they werent AC they would be entertaining.

Sounds great. We could also do the same with the DVd's.

Just make sure you watch the Joan Hickson version of Miss Marple then as all the ITV Marple episodes have been absolute travesties and bear no relation whatsoever to the books.
