When I first heard of this, the first thought that went through my mind was the Orient Express problem also. And Then There Were None has another difficult plot to follow, but she might have slightly better luck on Three Act Tragedy.
The only part she'll miss, of course, is the Poirot after her trail.
Or a plot from an Agatha Christie novel - The ABC Murders perhaps. Sadly the world is full of deranged and mentally unstable people.
Sounds like the plot of a Midsommer Murders show. Or a Vincent Price film ~ anyone ever seen 'Abominable Dr Phibes' re-enacting the ten plagues of Egypt as a means of murder?
regards, Robin
That is insane.
Ohh this is crazy. She was going to have a little trouble with Murder on the Orient Express. I wonder which books did she copy.

Ten people, each with something to hide and something to fear, are invited to a lonely mansion on Soldier Island by a host who, surprisingly, fails to appear.
When the wealthy patriarch, Aristide, is murdered, suspicion falls on the whole household. ...
Travelling on the Orient Express, Poirot is approached by a desperate American. Afraid that someone plans to kill him, Ratchett asks Poirot for help ...
