Amanda Abbington
Amanda Abbington has appeared in numerous television and stage productions and returned to our screens on New Year’s Day 2017 for the fourth series of BBC One’s BAFTA Emmy winning Sherlock. Abbington will reprise her role as Mary Morstan starring alongside Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman and Toby Jones in the highly-anticipated new series.
From 2013 -2016, Abbington starred as Miss Mardle in ITV’s popular drama series Mr Selfridge the fourth series of which aired in March 2016 and received much acclaim in both the UK and USA. In 2015 she starred in the eight part BBC police drama Cuffs, set in Brighton, in which she played DS Jo Moffat. The series which received rave reviews across the board.
In Agatha Christie's Crooked House Amanda plays Clemency Leonides - Roger's wife. Talking about Agatha Christie, Amanda said:
