Philip Jackson

Philip Jackson played James Japp, the Scotland Yard inspector that often works closely with Poirot, in series 1-8 and again in series 13.

A familiar face on television, Jackson has a lengthy CV of small screen appearances in popular UK shows, including Coronation Street, A Touch of Frost, Foyle’s War, Midsomer Murders, Heartbeat, Hamish Macbeth and Last of the Summer Wine. His film credits include My Week With Marilyn and Brassed Off.
