Published in 1930 this story had the title The Resurrection of Amy Durrant in the UK in Story-Teller and as Companions in Pictorial Review in the US. Christie often explored the relationships between companions in her novels including A Murder is Announced and After the Funeral. This story was included in the collection The Thirteen Problems, Miss Marple's first short story collection.

It has never been adapted.
